These wine workshops are aimed at groups of people of all levels who are curious to broaden their wine culture in order to integrate the art of tasting.
We will also be happy to answer all the questions you have about the “secrets” of wine, sometimes even breaking some codes and thus demystifying this universe to make it more accessible to you.
The Art of Wine Tasting
Introductory workshop to wine tasting including Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

During this wine workshop we will give you the keys to taste a wine and thus better appreciate it.
We will solve the mysteries of wine tasting by analysing the finesse of the bouquets, by deciphering the subtleties of the aromas.

Secrets of Terroirs
Explore and visit of the terroirs of Châteauneuf- du-Pape followed by an introductory workshop in wine tasting including Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

During this partly outdoor wine workshop, we will help you to understand how to solve the mystery of the identity of a wine through the geological of its soil and microclimatic nature of its terroir.
Indeed the grape variety brings some specificities to a wine, but the most important remains the environment in which this grape variety grows.
With this wine workshop you will understand why the Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cru is both one of the most famous and undoubtedly the most singular of the Crus in the entire Rhône valley.
We will taste several wines whose DNA revealed by the visit of the terroirs will no longer hold any secrets for you. Through this wine workshop you will understand why a wine is first and foremost a terroir (a soil, a climate and finally, but at the end only, a grape variety…).

Terroirs, Wines, Appetizer Board
Explore and visit of the terroirs of Châteauneuf- du-Pape followed by an initiation workshop on wine tasting including Châteauneuf-du-Pape and accompanied by charcuterie and cheese.

During this partly outdoor wine workshop, we will help you to understand how to solve the mystery of the identity of a wine through the geological of its soil and microclimatic nature of its terroir.
We will then taste several wines from our winery which will be accompanied by an appetizer board (selection of delicatessen and cheeses direct from the various producers and french regions, Haute-Savoie, Jura, Auvergne, Drôme Provençale and Provence des Papes).
